FitD When developing this app we had in mind all the people that for one or another reason are struggling with their emotions.
Sometimes, after a long battle these emotions can translate into problems in the body and mind. For this reason, in this application we offer you aids for learning how to identify your emotions and tips on how to better handle them. We also offer you meditations which can help you find balance in your mind; more specifically the attentional balance, the conative balance, the cognitive balance and the emotional balance. We also offer you aids to help you track your consumption of water and how much exercise you have been doing. We hope it helps you and that you enjoy it! |
